I'm so happy, now graduated from high school I have being accepted at college in the field of study Early Childhood Education. And I also have a summer job. I apply in CPE near my house.

I just began my field of study : Early Childhood Education. I impress because I learn different things about the child Psychology. I manage my time for studying and I put aside my social life during my trimesters, that’s pay off because I have straight A’s. During the courses I do a lot of activities in my class and this so fun. I decided to stay working at the daycare. The environment is changing I don't have any fulfillment. Because, I’m the newest member of the team and I always do the overtime. When, the parents ask me question about their child I don't know anything because I don't have any messages. I carefully recommend looking in the agenda. After a few months, I want to have my group. I go talk with my boss and I give my name to a vacant position. The director tells me no, because I don't have the diploma in Early Childhood Education, so I can't have my group. I was surprise because I knew different when I was arriving for the summer at the daycare. I was not happy. What should I do?

I decided to leave the daycare and go work as an advisor in a telecommunication company. After a year, I had a promotion and I do a leg work and I’ m okay with that.

The twins in the group have ADHD with another child have behavioural disorder, it is very challenging. I called my teacher for feedback about this group, I was happy by the advice I try to use them. I use the democratic intervention and I do activities about the popular theme in the class. My trainee was so grateful. The group was dysfunctional because they need to be listing and appreciate. I listen and I put what I know a practice. I graduated from College with straight A's.

After, my experience at the elementary school I liked the challenge of a dysfunctional group. I decided to stay working an elementary school. The family issue can be a problem for the children. One child in my group cannot see a dad. After class, I learn by the teacher that she live after school to see the father. I call him and the mother I have no respond. I know her mom came get her at 4 p.m. But decide to call the police for kidnapping. Everybody was stress about this situation. I talk with a sergeant to give the details about the day and how she was dressed. I was so confused by this situation. After, two days the police find Penelope with a dad. This story was too much for me, I asked a leave of absence to the director.

To relax I decided to go to Mexico, I greet with people on the beach, the are teacher from Canada they are here for a humanitarian project. I talk to them and I decide to participate in to the aboard. Give back feel good. After, six months working at Mexico I found love. I was flirting with him and after some dates me and my love become an official couple. The relationship is amazing, but he lives in Toronto and I live in Montreal. The project it's ending what should I do?

I have been working in the care center for 3 months, I’m busy with the baby. Working in the nursery is challenging the babies develop so fast. I have a two months old in my group in the oldest of the group is 18 months and is trouble because he bites the little ones for no particularly reasons. I talk with the parents, I know parents don't like to see bite in the little ones, but that's the life in the daycare. But I explain the cause every day.
